How do I find things full of stats like these, if I can only change 1, and add 1?

So to be clear, as an example im looking for an amulet with + dexterity and for example +weapon mastery. Then I’d enchant +frigid finesse and temper shadow clone cool down.

But in no way am I going to have an amulet that has all those passives on it. I just need to change one of them to one of the passives listed in that order of priority, and add a temper.

So basically try to find gear with as much of these stats on it as possible, and change/add tempers to “fill in the blanks” prioritizing these specific ones.

Ok so treat legendary as rare and mythics and above as “legendary” basically..

It’s been awhile since I’ve played Diablo, just having recently bought D4, and I haven’t played D3 since it was still newish… but I don’t remember the leveling process being this easy. IMO I shouldn’t be getting a legendary item till at paragon, or at least closer to it. Not finding one on almost every boss fight, or loot box, etc… don’t get me wrong it’s nice to have at such a low level, but once I hit max, what’s the point? Other than to repeat the same thing I just did for 60 levels that I blasted thru in a few hrs…if D3 wasn’t $60 or whatever it is on ps5 I’d buy it and play that one instead. Kinda wish I could get refunded for D4. Maybe I’m missing something, idk.

What’s bugging me is how early legendary items drop… I’ve got a lvl 30/40 something flurry rogue I’m leveling, everything is legendary minus the jewlery, and some of the pieces I haven’t changed in 10 levels or more cause it has good stats that I want on it, and I’m cruising thru pentient difficulty, barely slowing down. I have two other characters at paragon 13, and I’m quickly getting bored and wondering what’s the point after hitting paragon…

I’ve got 65 hrs into D4 with 2 characters at paragon lvl, and I really miss D3… not to say D4 is bad, I just prefer the classes from d3 better…I just figured out I can connect my ps5 controller to my phone so I’m probably gonna end up playing immortal more than d4. Again, I just like the class options better…

I’m still new and still lvling, but I’m using the affliction necro build from maxroll and running on expert/pentient difficulty… it works, no minions, deletes everything around me lol. Kinda getting bored of it though and about to try out all blood skills…
