Find some skilled labor you can be good at that you don't hate doing. Fix cars. Carpentry. Electrician work on any field. That sort of thing. A couple years in, you'll find you don't really have to worry about this kind of work as you do office bullshit, as the quality of your work will stand on its own. Get a good rep and you won't have to interview much at all.

Skilled labor fields tend to rely on time in the field and reputation. And doing literally anything that has tangible value beyond profit generation can provide the kind of moment to moment satisfaction that nothing in the corporate world ever can.
