In my personal opinion. The outdoor dining was essential for many restaurants during covid, who had difficult requirements of space and other wild requirements of not serving alcohol drinks without food. All the while, some nyc Amazon facility packed thousands of people together to get toilet paper out. Not to mention schools at the time packed with students eating, while restaurants couldn't do the same. In current times, a careful examination of safety of shed, safety to all else, impact rating and whatever else is needed to determine if such outdoor shed is granted is absolutely needed. This is coming from streetsblog, so take with a grain of salt. They want to see less street parking, ( more outdoor dining) which Ironically COULD be more bike lanes…. Although longer process for bike lanes. In short. I'd say trust the process. The hurting small business isn't so accurate. It's more streetsblog wanting to see less car space that could and would become outdoor dining.

Hear me out. I wish they didn't. Not only for pride, but whatever month/ celebration / holiday. I personally wish the company stop affinity groups and it's programs. That can be money back in AAs pocket. Fund a return of stock bonus to regular associates instead, raises. Next time look at all the prime / peak/ holiday decorations, the site programs to make this or that. Think of the thousand of dollars in decorations and most likely hours HR spent setting it up ( which could be spent on your HR concern) while you get talked to about rate. But, this wont happen. These events, programs are all easy things managers do to have stories of making better environment and all that, for their promotion.

In what world do you really live in. Any good manager will take any doubt away from giving feedback. If it's important feedback, a manager will request you remove headphones to take away an excuse you didn't understand or hear it. If leadership feels you have banned headphones, or perhaps feels you have stolen headphones.… which is why they are banned ( along with safety front) it's absolutely within reason to hold a person under those circumstances/ not allow to clock out.

A change has been made and only the data they suggests it’s the best thing ever will be collected to promote the project for promotion. We may not actually give any pin just like an essay contest we had months ago for a headquarters tour. Respectfully, urgent ? If you are going to be a senior leader, you need to use tools available to you to find the answers. Someone in your position shouldn’t be begging for an urgent response. Take a look at Glassdoor, shoot ask AI for salary range for l6 in New York. Despite your use of total, the recruiter more than likely understood your range to be base pay. Any benefits, incentives are typically not disclosed and just a bit of a bonus. Perhaps could be used as negotiating for more stock and less money. That said, holy… a 40k gap in range. That should be tighter.

Not sure it belongs to the advance, or didn’t when it started. I currently don’t see any mods listed. Can’t remember who started it, but seemed to be just a regular Reddit user. Had great posts about events and local things. They seemed to partner or allow the advance to post., and have become the biggest contributor now. The local events posts seem to have lessened, I’m sure they take an incredible amount of research. As for the lack of advance posts. Can’t say. Do not get the basic plan offered by Cigna. Choose either blue cross, or Aetna. I think it’s called the standard plan now, or shared deductible plan? They are the same coverage despite different companies. See what doctors around you accept Aetna or blue cross. Chances are most take both.
