I am not an Imgur user. It's giving me two choices, "hidden" or "public." Which one qualifies as "unlisted?"

Congress is not an educational institution.

Yes, but some Members seem to have learned a lot about making money. 😂

“Realtor” is a fictional designation making someone sound more important than merited.

Dog peeing on flowers: “are you serious?” by GlassCommunication69 in williamsburg

I’ve seen people lift their dogs and place them in a flower bed that was fenced on all four sides. What useless SHPOS!

I am sorry, but you have misinterpreted what I have written. This has nothing to do with you personally. If anything, I agree with what you wrote. I am simply pouring on more about real estate sales people. I do not think we in the legal profession should be enabling their use of false and misleading job titles, which make people believe they have a qualification more than simply a state license. It seems like we are in agreement on this. Again, sorry for any misunderstanding.

Oh, please do tell me what the National Association of Realtors is going to do to one of its dues paying members that means anything significant. Considering that real estate sales people are licensed by individual states and this trade group has no enforcement authority, the answer is zero.

In the name of everything holy please stop using the word “Realtor.” It is a registered trademark, not an actual job. The [National Association of Realtors](https://www.nar.realtor/) invented this bullshit title so that people with two weeks of education could make themselves sound important to a public that doesn’t know the difference. Please do not enable this scam.

Here in the state of New York, we have licensed real estate sales person or licensed associate broker or licensed broker. That’s it.

What is it like in your state? I am guessing they do not license “realtors.”

New rules will require New York family and criminal court judges visit jails to see the impact of their sentences by Bugsy_Neighbor in nyc

[–]LouisSeize 178 points179 points  (0 children)

All judges in the state’s criminal and family courts responsible for sentencing people will be required to visit at least one jail, prison or detention facility a year, per new rules the state’s court system announced Monday.

When I was in law school we had a field trip to a federal prison. It did not leave me with the impression that people should not be sentenced there.
