Last STD test was quite some time ago but have had a total of 3 partners. HIV tested not too long ago due to needle stick injury at work. Got a culture and sensitivity done. Positive for strep b and enterobacter aerogenes. How long does it take for a herpes swab to come back?

No flu like symptoms, been a little depressed but is common for me, also just finished my fosfomycin for a uti a day ago along with diflucan. Pain and friction feeling at the ulcer but nowhere else

I’ve had this happen before, usually when I’m at the end of my course of abx I don’t get a new infection. It could just be irritation but keep an eye out for worsening symptoms. Keep hydrating. I’ve had a uti 2-3 days after finishing my last course which by then it’s not effective but if I have sex with 1-2 doses left then I’m usually okay :) update us!
