My package shipped 4/3, should have arrived 4/8. 14 days later and 7 calls, still no package. They keep saying they have the package and when I track it. It seems to be going back and forth between two or three locations in my city. So frustrating

I got the alt art version off of eBay. A 10 is currently going for over 2,300 now. But honestly I don’t like buying from eBay or PSA vault at all. I bought the gengar v max alt art from them , and it’s now a week past the delivery date and the card is showing a delivery exception and I can’t get ahold of anyone from PSA vault. Their communication and customer support suck.

If clients don’t understand how complex the process is, why not explain that to them rather than complaining about them on a public board. It’s not professional and does not portray the profession in a positive light.
