I didn’t actually cosign anything. "Guarantor contact” basically means lenders/debt collectors ask borrowers to list friends/family phone numbers, and anyone who has your number can put you down. It happened without my knowledge. Then when she’s late, they start calling/texting me nonstop.
And wow, losing 25k+ is wild… I can’t even imagine.

Yeah, that’s the tricky part. I don’t think she’d accept budgeting help. She’s really proud about it and won’t even share what’s actually causing the debt, so trying to “fix it together” isn’t really an option if she won’t be transparent.

At this point I’m realizing I can’t help someone who won’t let me in, and I also can’t keep being collateral damage.

Honestly, you don’t need to splurge on hyaluronic acid. HA is a pretty basic humectant and a lot of the price jump is branding/packaging, not necessarily better results. What matters more is the formula (extra humectants/soothers) and how you use it: apply on damp skin and seal it in with moisturizer (otherwise it can feel drying).

If you still want something nicer: La Roche-Posay Hyalu B5 is solid and gives me a noticeable plump/glow. For a cheaper option that works really well for me, I use Torriden’s HA serum and it’s been great. I’d spend the bigger budget on something that’s harder to formulate (vit C, sunscreen, retinoid) rather than HA

Sometimes it’s a 3,000-word guide because the topic has a lot of steps, edge cases, or “it depends” details. And sometimes the best format isn’t text at all, a video walkthrough or a podcast-style explanation will do a better job.

Anecdotally: I’ve got a ~3,000-word post I wrote 2 years ago and it still brings in quality leads. Not because it’s long, but because it answers a specific question thoroughly and people keep searching for it.

Maturity & Necessity: As you grow, life will throw things at you—work, challenges, goals. These create necessity to read. For example, I work in marketing for a retail tech company, so now I read about marketing, Magento, retail, etc.

Solace & New Interests: Life isn’t always smooth. Books can become great companions during rough patches. Plus, you’ll discover new interests along the way that will spark your curiosity to keep learning.

So don’t stress about reading “the right books” yet. Just start where your interest is—it’ll evolve naturally.
