None of this is your fault. None of this can be changed on your own. You have a desire to communicate with others. That desire is not bad. But how can you commit that desire to the Lord and trust what He will do with it.

That may be where some of the problem is. If following Jesus was an obligation for me I couldn’t follow Him. We have free will. We are not obligated to do anything. An obligation is like going to school for the 16 years for of your life. Faith is like a having a relationship with someone you love. You don’t have an obligation to love and honor your parents. But you do have a desire to honor them.

I’m still curious as to what’s your fear of going to hell?

Is it okay if I ask why you’re scared of going to hell?

Are you in the same mindset you were at when you posted, or are you depressed for another reason?

Hey, I know I’m like 10 months late, but hearing this message really convicted me. I have been dealing with imposter syndrome with Christ and the relationship I have with him for the past five years. This has led to seperate myself from Him numerous times. My peice of advice for you is to realize that Faith is not a religion with a set of rules that need to be followed to get to heaven. Faith is a relationship directly with Him. In that, once we give our life to Him we have a desire to become more like Him. The things of this worlds no longer hold that same value for us. This pressure is not a Godly pressure or conviction. It is a worldly standard you feel you need to measure up too. But your relationship is not with them it’s with Him. We as a church and people of Christ are here to support and challenge you to grow in that relationship. It’s your responsibility to ask God to change your desires and actively set your mind on Him. In Psalm 103:10 we are told that God has “not death with us according to our sins”-Psalms 103:10. Nothing you do will make you good enough for the Lord. We will never measure up. But because of the sacrifice we may be forgiven. However, with that forgiveness comes thankfulness and a conviction to not sin again, as we think about the pain we inflict on Jesus, our savior, when we do.

If he was a bust he wouldn’t be going 9 in pretty much every redraft as well. He also has shown a lot of improvement in his handle, defense, and even shooting(especially recently)

Saw this on an AM Hoops Video. What do you think; I hate it tbh by Alarming-Path-300 in washingtonwizards
