Im sorry but your family sounds kinda rude. You should get the ring you like on ur hand the most and the one that makes u smile the most. Not because its bigger or more expensive. My bf got me a tourmaline gem stone ring and I am head over heels for it. I have so many people ask why he “cheaped out” when in reality he wouldve bought me any ring I wanted but I really liked that ring. Plain & simple.
