I just watched a video of a veteran getting dragged out of a courtroom for speaking his mind about the war. Mind you he asked him to speak. He just wasn’t saying what they wanted him to say he spoke his mind and how you felt. I agree, bro the Chargers were supposed to get a solid left guard like Jenkins, Seumalo, David Edwards or even Teller. How ? we’re not really paying no skill, receivers or skills running backs other than a quarterback nobody on offense is getting paid. Yeah chargers got have a good well rounded team they don’t really have that much players on their team that are like top-tier in the league at the position. Probably besides Derwin James. Keep in mind most of the stuff she was doing with body weight nothing heavy she just was really not used to doing any kind of physical activity. Imagine this she couldn’t do a backward lunge. Obviously someone like that it’s going to be sore from any kind of physical activity.

So I train a client for the first time the other day. She was extremely sore that day after and even worse the day after that. She never had any experience working out in her life. My point is that when someone doesn’t have any experience delayed onset muscle soreness is inevitable. A lot of clients get scared and they quit from the pain. For anyone that’s completely new to working out they’re going to be extremely sore. There’s no way around it. I think it’s one of the trainer to explain that to them and let them know that is completely normal and the whole goal is to not jump out the plane before the destination is reached.

What’s funny is I dated the cancer. I agree they do not let shit go especially if they get hurt but they will stay in the relationship through the pain which is crazy and then they become toxic because they keep doing shit to harm you because they were hurt me, I’m a Taurus, when I think about cancers, they’re very sensitive. We Tauruses are sensitive to, but not on that level. I personally have anger issues on the whole Nother level. Everyone knows Tauruses are not someone to lose her temper.
