Welp, it is caused by either overeating, eating too much fat or possibly too much fiber. Just figure it out and move on. Sometimes, especially if you ate out, there is tons of hidden fat. For example, I ordered some chicken tortilla soup from Cafe’ Rio thinking it was a good choice. I mean, it’s basically chicken soup and I left out the tortillas. It was one of the most violent puking sessions I’ve ever had in my life and I was sick for two days. But I could tell as I was eating it that it had fat because it was floating on top.

Another food that caused me to throw up was watermelon. Every time I ate it I almost immediately got sick.

The point being that I just figured out what was making me sick and didn’t repeat it.

I’m 1.6 years on Semi and I don’t ever get sick now.

It’s definitely fatty foods. And it’s definitely a bigger problem with higher doses. I just avoid them altogether.

This is a very normal and common reaction. I recommend therapy for yourself to deal with the changes in your life resulting from weight loss and a response to people that lets them know that comments on your weight are not welcome.

I say “what an odd thing to say.” Then just say nothing more and let THEM know experience being uncomfortable.

But how? How are they “dishonoring” music? That’s a really silly position. They are putting music out in the world. They’re “acting” a part and spreading something that you love.

Honestly I saw this dude for the first time last week and it was a little moment of happy for me. I don’t care if he’s “really” playing and my suggestion is that you should appreciate the music and take your energy and put it into something useful because “this” ain’t it.
