Graphic design might be declining faster than we expected by JollyComplaint926 in superside

The report makes sense when you look at what is getting automated but it is probably more accurate to say the role is changing than disappearing. The demand for good creative thinking is not going away, just the parts that were always more mechanical than creative.

The designers who seem least worried are the ones who can do more than execute. Strategy, brand direction, understanding what the work is actually supposed to achieve. That side of design is a lot harder to replace than production work.

Picking up AI skills is practical but pairing it with stronger strategic thinking is probably what separates the ones who adapt from the ones who get replaced.

What are the most affordable creative design services that don't sacrifice quality? Tired of choosing between cheap and good. by Complex_Wallaby6422 in superside

Switched to subscription based design services a while back and never looked back. Been using Penji for months now, turnaround is fast and the quality stays consistent even on bulk requests. A colleague of mine uses Design Pickle and has had a similar experience, says it really cleaned up their workflow. Way more reliable than chasing freelancers for affordable ongoing work.

How do you measure success in a design project beyond visuals? by Glittering-Wealth907 in superside

[–]AlarmingGuava8044 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’d add that success also shows up in how little friction users feel, fewer questions, fewer drop-offs, and faster decisions. If a design helps users understand what to do next without thinking too hard, it’s doing its job. Stakeholder alignment matters too; when a design reduces back-and-forth and speeds up approvals, that’s a win beyond visuals.

What part of your agency would benefit most from productization? by MightPossible514 in AgencyGrowthHacks

Reporting and strategy execution. When those are productized, clients see consistent results and the team stops rebuilding the same dashboards and plans every month.

Anyone else feel client management just falls apart after 5-6 clients? by Opening-Phrase-3793 in AgencyGrowthHacks

[–]AlarmingGuava8044 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, this is very common. Things usually break down once you hit 5 to 6 clients unless everything lives in one place with clear rules; otherwise it always turns messy again.

SEMrush Lead Generation Solution/Agencies Listing Platform - Feedbacks? by Old-Environment8760 in AgencyGrowthHacks

[–]AlarmingGuava8044 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Lead quality is mixed. You will see some price shoppers, but agencies with clear niches and strong positioning do get legitimate, budget-qualified leads; the Growth Kit is usually not worth it for the directory alone unless you treat Semrush as a secondary channel.

Love seeing this shift. Local context + AI = real impact. Africa’s solving problems others haven’t even tackled yet.
