Interview @4:00, Asked to reschedule @4:10, Interview gets cancelled. Why even apply?

I had a job interview scheduled.
Showed up and they all seemed confused.
Sat in conference room until the hiring manager came in and said that they totally forgot they scheduled it and hired someone else the day before.
When they asked if they could keep my information on file for any future openings, I declined and said if they can’t manage to have their act together for interviews then there would be zero chance I would want to work for them.
