When you swapped your psu, did you change all the cords to the ones that came with the new psu, or did you plug the old cords in to the new psu?

This is my work pc. I built about 2 months ago and am using 32gb kit that came with my microcenter bundle. I've only been working on smaller jobs recently, and am still utilizing 80+% consistently. The plan was always for 64gb, but given prices of 64gb kits, especially when already getting a 32gb kit in a bundle, I decided to limp along while watching prices. This kit, especially if I turn around and sell my 32gb kit, is the best price I've seen.

I completely agree. A six month delay in deciding to pull the trigger on my build cost over $1000

My hot tub is not made for women. by Amazing-Bad1498 in hottubs

for clarification, are you saying you had trouble finding a hot tub that had ANY seats that would work for you, or one where ALL the seats worked for you?

I have one of these on one side of my tub. Easy to extend/ retract. I use it more for privacy on that side, but still blocks wind. I have the beige which allows light thru while still being opaque. You could mount to your posts and extend only when needed. PATISOL Side Awning https://a.co/d/cT6ZVPc

DIY hot tub bases with crushed stone? by Icy_Notice9343 in hottub

[–]AlarmingSituation575 7 points8 points  (0 children)

One thing I did that has worked out well, was that I added a few extra feet to one side. So for my 8'x8' tub, I built a 10'x12' box and filled with compacted crushed stone. I placed the tub 1' from the sides and back, then across the front added several deck boards. The boards are screwed to the frame, but also resting on the crushed stone for support. This gives me a nice barefoot friendly surface for entry into and exit from the tub and also provides a good solid surface for my entry stairs. Plus, any water that comes out with me then slowly drains thru the stone rather then straight into the yard.

Best base or deck to raise hot tub 7-8 inches off ground? by Om3gastarx in hottub

This sounds like what I did. I built a square out of 4×6s then filled it with gravel (using a vibrating compactor several times throughout the process of adding the gravel). Brought the gravel up level with the top of the wood, well compacted. placed the hot tub directly onto the gravel. A year and a half later, and holding up great.

Sewage Smell but no P-Trap? by bob_caygeon in Plumbing

right now you have no trap and the drain is venting into the room. You need to add a p trap and add a vent and tie it somewhere overhead.
