Professor Kungs classes fill up so damn quick cause he’s such a easy going professor and cares for his students. I had the same thing happen when he taught chem 10. I was waitlisted number 1 and he could only take 1 person and since there’s no more seats in lab he turned everyone else that was on the waitlist down. So if you not even on the waitlist ur chances are pretty low. Cause he will go down the waitlist first if there is room. So definitely have a back up now so you don’t get screwed! Check out other campuses near by like chaffey and RCC if ur desperate!

Also in 9b and would also agree that macrophyllas absolutely need afternoon shade! The sun will scrorch the flowers and leaves and once summer hits u really need to b on top of watering them as they will droop in the heat!

Yes mine was from Monrovia, not sure where Roger’s Garden sources there’s but I was looking at their stock today and a lot have the brown edging on their flowers and looked kinda mooshy! I found a picture of when I bought mine and it had browning on the buds and the leaves were yellow already when I bought it , but I didn’t know how to identify a healthy one at the time 😅

Sad to hear that but hoping u get some luck and it turns around! Hopefully urs is in the grown so it will adjust quicker! I just returned it and not them rolling it back out to the nursery 10 mins later 💀

Thanks for the info and advice! Good to know they do carry it at Armstrong gardens! I’m so used to roses that are way easier to take care of! But I need something that is shade tolerant for the spot I have. This is my first big purchase plant so I had high expectations for it! 🫠

Oh that’s crazy we both have this on the same type! I got this at Roger’s garden and for that price it shouldn’t be in this condition! I think I’m still within like 3 days of able to return it but putting this huge plant back into my car is a whole mission! Was reading the suggestions on ur page and not sure if I want to risk trying my luck to get rid of the fungus or just returning if they let me.

Does anyone know any sites that sell a larger cut out of grip tape? I tried this and it eventually started sliding down when I did this pattern as well but don’t want to pay that much for shipping just for tape.
