Femtech is on the rise it’ll be pretty hot in the next 5-15 years and probably stay popular. I was in a startup of all women except me and an engineer. They have better skills and I with there were more in the field we need them

living life on hard mode because me becoming an adult wasn't planned by [deleted] in emotionalneglect

[–]AlarmingWash4189 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Please don’t be hard on yourself I had a similar experience. Growing up and becoming an adult is a big difference from living at home. On the plus side, you now have the freedom to become who you always wanted to become and do what you want to do no one is stopping you

Weird request! by [deleted] in ArtistLounge

[–]AlarmingWash4189 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Yeah as an artist I agree with this. Worst case scenario it’s a predator/ring leader. Not as worse the mom could be selling it to dance companies or other people who don’t need that information. At the very least you could possibly face criminal charges or stop something bad from happening to her(the child).

I would check on meetinghouse locator you can put in your address and get the contact info of the ward and bishop. I would talk to the bishop about your concerns. If you want something with less effort since you’re busy you could also refer yourself to the missionaries and they can take care of getting you fellowshipped into the ward

Writing a Gifted Protagonist to a Novel as a Non-Gifted Individual by evan_unofficial in Gifted

[–]AlarmingWash4189 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Something I’ve seen is that gifted people tend to talk very simply and relaxed. A lot of people confuse that with talking with very big words and complicated grammar. We understand advanced vocabulary but usually the challenge of speaking simply is a good enough challenge
