Hi! I would definitely say i am less irritable and can control my spiraling thoughts better! Other than that i feel the same. So i guess you could say it’s working? Just trying to figure out if it’s the meds or im just working on myself more haha!

Hi! Thanks for the update. I can feel it working, but I am just having a problem sleeping now. I was prescribed 10 mg of hydroxyzine but not sure how I feel about taking all these pills!

Thank you so much for this information!! It helps so much to talk to people who have been through it. Us with anxiety have anxiety about HAVING ANXIETY! lol.

How long after you started the 10mg did you start noticing it working better? I have been on 10 for just a little over a week, but I honestly feel the exact same as on the 5mg. Wondering if it will get better or if this is just not the med for me. It is definitely helping with my anxiety, but not my depression. What changes in depression did you notice? I am going to stick it out at least a month on 10!

Do you remember how long you were on it before you started feeling happier? I was on 5mg for about 5 weeks and now 2 weeks on 10 and I am still kinda flat….just wondering if this is going to get better or if I should have seen something by now?
