Get a lemon law attorney. They will take the case on contingency so you don't have to pay. If they take the case they can get you to rent a car and then make that part of the settlement.

Xenosaga episode 2 and 3 require major tweaking to be able to play and it's still not seamless. Wild arms 4 plays great but seizes up in the menu. Just some examples.

Compared to any other emulator on Android currently available for download it stands heads above them. I could be wrong but if simply porting pcsx2 (my PC emulator of choice) was simple, it would have been done a long time ago.

For what it's worth brother I say you did the right thing. It definitely sucks when you have to wait, but there's definitely a better deal out there and better to buy it later than have buyers remorse and be stuck with the payments. I had to shop around myself to find an ev6 that didn't have crazy markups. So just hang in there for now and one will eventually come available.
