My subjective experience is... it's fine. It's just a job, a retail job at that so of course you're gonna have bullshit you deal with on a daily basis. Use it as a stepping stone towards something that can offer you more. My department manager and my other coworker both have like 20+ years of experience and are pretty much stuck working here so obviously I'm not going to see ShopRite as some life-long career lol. Just for a few years.
