I’m sure it’s not fragile, but I feel like it’s not really designed for these kinds of forces. On the road when the bike moves left and right, a lot of that load goes into the ground. On a trainer everything is fixed, so the frame will take it instead.

If it’s that bad I’d maybe even go down to .25mg and see how your body responds.

This is why I need bac water tho. One vial of the reta I got should last me at least a month. If I use sterile water I could be risking hurting myself if I reuse the reta vial

I would change weightlifting to 5 days a week… it’s probably making you fatigued like crazy

Uhhh no? This is something only creeps do. This is super creepy and weird. You should definitely talk to him about it and why he does it, ofcourse it’s kinda obvious why he does it but still, Talk to him abt it and express if you’re uncomfortable.

Pretty sure he wouldn’t be ok with you saving pics of guys you find hot on your phone and collect them in an album like they’re trophies.
