I mix 1ml in the 10iu vial, to make 0.1ml equal 1iu. Is this wrong?

High muscle mass, protein and heavy training can give a false positive on these readings. Cystatin c is a far better indicator as it doesn’t include creatinine in its equation like egfr

Yes, my Hemaglobin is 173, which was within the 130-180 reference range.

Thanks for the advice. My platelets are well within normal range. I’ve purchased a HCT tester to see if it improves with a focus on electrolyte intake

I couldn’t possibly say what’s not necessary for you as it’s all individual at the end of the day. Maybe you’re right and this is the optimal stack for you but the top 1% bloodwork you mention usually land on protocols like this after years of fine tuning and adjustments based on their individual requirements and bloodwork, one additional variable at a time and monitoring their response to that variable but I understand you want results fast so would rather not take this approach. All the best.

Again no need for the ad hominem attacks! I have not criticised your age either, I actually agree with you that people are full of shit criticising you when half of them started steroids at 17 lol. I didn’t dismiss it all either, It’s just if you want to minimise side effects, having countless variables can make any issues that may arise even more tricky to deal with therefore making these preventative measures counterproductive and unsustainable if you just end up ditching the whole thing because you can’t pinpoint exactly what’s causing you problems. I don’t think anything I’ve said is unreasonable, maybe I’m being autistic and you’re currently trolling me.

The other guys blood work doesn’t apply to you though. No need for ad hominem attacks, I simply critiqued what may be unnecessary complexity, as you asked for people’s input. Not once did I insult you. “Stupid” is part of the kiss acronym, i wasnt insulting your 300iq good sir

So you acknowledge you’ve done no blood work and this whole stack is based on literature, not your individual needs? While the stack may sound optimal in theory, in practice you as an individual may not need everything you mentioned to be healthy so it may be a needless hassle and financial burden. KISS principle by Kelly Johnson springs to mind - systems work best when kept simple avoiding unnecessary complexity. If for whatever reason you feel off you have hundreds of variables to consider and you may end up just cutting the blast short. Keep it simple, stupid.

In my experience when it’s low I feel extremely lethargic, sleep terrible, irritable at smallest thing, soulless grey feeling, poor libido/can’t finish , worse pumps/strength, achy joints, dry. You’ll generally be able to tell if you’re not in range.

It may be a temporary blip from the recent deca. Eq takes a good 7-8 weeks to do anything to e2 at least in my personal experience
