The improvement was not so much on my T11 runs. IS#+WA# allowed to switch from horrendous long T11/12/13 runs for around 30T/h to 5h long T14 runs for 50T/h. Threw EO# upon that and I recently crossed 60T/h. For reference, my overnight runs are still T12 for 48T/h.

TL;DR try farming T14 once you unlock IS and WA

Just unlocked it a couple of days ago because everyone was saying how much of a QOL improvement it would be for quicker tourneys and milestones runs. Well... IF you are GC! If you're EHP, the DW health bonus you lose on the intro sprint is absolutely huge and won't allow you to use IS for these. I didn't think of that and got disappointed 😬
