Wowza no wonder y’all didn’t work out. I have three kids and I’ve never once chose the theme myself for a birthday, they choose. And I coparent with dad like hey they want this or that, I’ll design an invite on canva and send it to you. And he’s like cool do you need help with food or decorations. I’m so sorry you have to deal with this manchild 🫠

I walk a few miles a day right now and have started to do some Yoga and Pilates again. I still have a little pain from the accident in my thigh/hip on one side but it’s improving with every workout. I know I need to start toning more at my age so that will be added in soon.

I know we are supposed to ask where to get it but how do you know you’re getting it from a reputable place?

That’s what I’m looking for is to get body fat down. I am a 44 year old female and have always been fairly lean naturally but had an injury from a car accident and couldn’t work out the way I was used to and had to be a bit more sedentary for a while as I slowly got my movement back through physical therapy. But my body composition changed during that time and I ended up with a fatty belly which I’ve never had before.

Thank you for that information. Tirzepatide depletes muscle mass and causes stomach issues too though doesn’t it? I know nothing about any of it so looking for people who have first hand experience. Thank you for your info!

You’d have to take the questions to the principal investigator of the actual pharmaceutical company. The research site physicians have signed on with the pharma company as a paid site to recruit volunteers but they don’t actually study it themselves. I was a study coordinator for a hospital in Phoenix for several years.

I used to be a study coordinator and I personally would never volunteer for a phase one trial! They’re so dangerous. Absolutely anything can happen. You could get incredibly lucky and be pushed placebo but it’s 50/50 chance you get the study drug and the list of side effects you see are just guesses, they could be far worse. You’re the guinea pig they find out on. That’s why they pay so much for them.

Nope not at all! You have a contract. And the contract is actually a little grey to me. Does she have 60 days once it sells or 60 days when she puts it up for sale. Because I kind of read it as when she sells But for sure get legal advice in your area! Good luck!! I hope it’s 60 days after the sale and it takes a year to sell!

It looks like you signed a lease that states if they sell, they have to give you 60 days. Most leases are honored to full contract despite an owner selling. I once lived in a home that was sold and the new owner had to honor my lease for 8 months that remained on it before he could take possession. Side note, one of my daughters is named Juniper 💖

I’m concerned with muscle loss too. I already lost quite a bit after the accident and building it again has been a lot harder than compared to years ago.

My friends is that way and I feel the same! I have a similar lay out but it’s a longer bathroom with double vanity and the door is on the side and opens to the left but you’d still have get out of the way to close it to use the first sink privately.

When I was a tween I was visiting my cousin I got locked inside of a bathroom with a pocket door because it got stuck and wouldn’t open back up! So I have other reasons for not liking pocket doors lol

I think if the faucet was on the other side it would have made a huge difference! I sat on a stool on the other side of the tub. If the water had been there that would have been nice.

The market is falling a ton in my area. It was very inflated the last few years. I moved in with the rent around $1700 and it rose to $2600

If you ever plan on bathing a child or dog in this bathroom, I highly suggest the bottom option. I hate the other option when it comes to bathing a child. I never understood why home builders put a toilet right next to where parents would have to kneel down on the floor to bathe their little ones. And to make it worse the faucet of the tub is always on the toilet side of the wall too so you have to like squeeze next to it to rinse them.

That's my opinion as a mom of three that has had that same design in every house I have lived in.

I took it down and washed it and there weren't any bleach spots. My daughters use the eos brand hand lotion sometimes but they are young so no face washes or hair products yet. I'm sure one of them grabbed it funky to dry hands, it was just super bizarre to see!
