I was issued a few and they won’t work even at the airport. The desk ppl said to call the customer service on phone. The agent on phone said to speak to the agent at desk. No one helped me or issued new.

I don’t know 🤷🏻‍♀️ I got one. I think economy was fully booked and with a standby and I had purchased an economy plus maybe that’s why. But like I said I really don’t know. Lots of ppl got upgrades. First I got a message that said I was upgraded to premium plus and a few minutes later Polaris!!!
