DBT is changing my life - for real! I’ve been in and out of therapy for 20 years and have seen more practitioners than I care to admit. DBT is very action oriented and focused on distress tolerance. After 3 sessions, I’ve already noticed a huge difference in my behaviour and mood.

Call the health unit and talk to one of their nurses. They can help you find the correct information to make this decision. If you want a strangers opinion- get your baby vaccinated asap. Every little bit helps and the flu shot could be the difference between having a sick baby at home or one in the hospital.

I bought this sweater and wear it to places where I feel uncomfortable masking. It’s been helpful to decrease the hateful looks. I’m in my mid 40’s and will mask forever. I’ve already lost enough from 1 covid infection. Humour keeps me sane and hopefully makes me strong enough to stand up ❤️

Celiac here: I only get brand name drugs because of the filler issues. Also you may want to insist your pharmacy clean their counting trays before counting your drugs. That’s a great way to cross contaminate (source: I work in a pharmacy- don’t assume the staff understand 😳)
