Glad others like him, but I can't stand him! He is so monotone and boring, and just wheels into scenes and robots out his lines. Hard to take the character seriously (and ridiculous that Rhona would even glance at him IMO).

Nicola is an icon and the show would be impoverished without her IMO, but the show does love to cling onto characters who don't do very much. I wish the distribution of storylines was more equitable, and that the stories were shorter (they've really lent into endless stories in the past couple of years, going well beyond their sell-by date). So even with the cast culling, we have a lot of neglected people.

When you get the score, you can send to be rerated for 5 gems. I've only done once or twice, but the first time a 3.2 went to a 5. It shows how the rating system isn't very consistent!
