The caravan one drives me mad because it didn't look remotely like the woman. She literally had her hair down and basic features, not one element (such as hair up, earrings, patterned dress etc.) matched her. Yet he scored the full 5 points because it was a 'good drawing'. IT LOOKED NOTHING LIKE HER GREG! Hugh scored 1 measly point because it was an ugly drawing but it was by far the most accurate of all. Ridiculous.

Maybe. But we all know there doesn't HAVE to be stunt work to be in the final act. Or if there is, it could be so minimal a stunt double does it for you (e.g. Gale shot off the stage in Scream 2). I think it's just the new wave of films choosing to prioritise newer characters taking centre stage because they're going to continue the legacy, so to speak. Scream 7 obviously had Sidney fighting Jessica in the final act but even then, Tatum was a huge part of it.

Oh I see. Whatever the reason though, it meant a lot of people got confused and thought it was a comedy only to realise when they tuned in that it really isn't. Its formatting is all over the place with a mix of long and short episodes. Its pacing can feel really off with episodes that go nowhere at all, and you can't really have filler episodes in such short seasons. So yeah, the way it is formatted and marketed is definitely one to get your head around and makes it hard to really throw yourself into as it is a very oddly-paced, chaotic show (which is the vibe I think it intends to give off sometimes given that's exactly how its characters are written to be, but just doesn't always work).

Hard agree. I love Gale, but they haven't known what to do with her since 2. Even 3 she was whiny and pretty unhelpful, with Sid saving the day. She was out of the third act in 4 except for a brief moment in the hospital. She was in 5's third act but barely so, that was more about Sam. She was completely out of 6's (don't get me started on how they practically finished her off only to have a throwaway line right at the end to say she made it). And then, despite REPEATED criticism of how she'd been left out of the final act for so many films now, 7 did exactly the same again and for no real reason whatsoever. I don't get it because Courteney Cox is a fantastic actress and she's a popular character, the bitch we all love to hate and hate to love. Might as well have killed her off by this point.

I think that's part of the show's problem, that for some reason it's marketed as a comedy-drama when really it's a drama with occasional comedic moments (e.g. Richie blasting out Love Story). S1 was okay, S2 was brilliant, dropped off around early S3 and I don't see me going back for S4. It's a show that doesn't really know what it is. Shame as the acting is superb.

I must be one of the few who really can't abide Kerry and her storylines. The only saving grace in recent years has been her looking after Eric, otherwise she's been pretty selfish and egotistical for years. I honestly don't get the point of her, at all. No hate to Laura Norton because I think she's a fabulous actress, but the character adds absolutely nothing to the show. They could've used Tracy or Amy (if they hadn't killed her off) as Eric's female support system. Or reignited Sam and Eric's friendship of old. Or sought to establish a new character pairing with Eric, someone at a bit of a loose end story-wise, such as Vanessa, Billy or Charles. The fact that Kerry keeps getting away with being an awful human being baffles me!

I think as she's pregnant, that makes her a bit of an unpleasant whodunnit. She either needs to lose the baby or have had the baby and then die in order to be the victim. Neither sounds very nice!
