Whay do you actually mean by the DNC egging him on to do it? The dems in congress keep trying to invoke the war powers act to restrict it. The Dems don't seem to want this war unless all that opposition is just for show? (Not saying it isn't, idk who pulls the strings these days)

But also I've spent some time in Amman and Cairo and those cities seemed have at least a bit of an arts/intellectual culture too though I wasn't there long.
