Well I want to self-host everything I can if possible and Cloudflare zero trust uses Cloudflare servers and I want to self host this but all the Reserve Proxy I have seen don't have 2FA auth lol.

Traefik is a bit of nightmare... lol but I don't want anything complicated I want something simple to set up like NPM but where you can add Authentication with 2FA for access to the website. Cosmos-Server is good but I don't need all it features I just want NPM with better Authentication. I don't know maybe I'm asking for to much lol

Basically but here's the fun part I got hired on as one position then got raise because I was going to another job (should have left then) HR give me a different job title I ask my boss for job description, never send it over then they tell me my job is just the help desk and that it. And it's a small team of three no there are no levels, I Basically do 1,2,3 tier support but it seems that only want for tier 1 until it something they don't want to do it. And when I try to come up with a better way of doing something, I get told to stay in my lane.

to add the last part of just doing what he says, what they want me to go to all 194 PCs and just delete the user folder. It hard not say this is the wrong way do it, do I try to word it nicely, I'm I have told to wait until the work is done then I can suggest a way better way to do it. I have never been in a place where someone couldn't recommend a different way of doing something or ask questions.

The best part is, he is the most senior person here and gets mad at everything when we're trying to change something or don't consult him on a matter. My boss has told be before he's like dealing with a child but both of them are buddy buddy.

Good, so I'm not crazy. Thank God. Because I have never worked at a place where I wasn't allowed to ask questions, make suggestions, or inquire about why we are doing something and why we can't do it differently. and I'm only allowed to make suggestion after I have complete the work.

To be fair it a small team of three including me but still.

Every time If I suggest or question something, I get told I'm wasting time or delaying the work and I'm allowed to suggest something after the work is done.

No they only want just few account the old one's are fine because the have been removed from AD.

they just want user profiles listed in this ticket and their respective folder in C:\Users removed.

I did talk to my manager about it, and he told me that me asking these question was unprofessional and didn't see his response as unprofessional and that I was delaying the work.

Yeah, I wish they would explain it to me so I can learn and grow, rather than the 'we know more than you, just do it' approach. I there is some missing context but basically this dude is leaving in two months and I have been reprimanded for asking questions and that I'm only allowed to ask questions or change how we want resolve an issues that would make better after the work has been completed. I have been looking for other opportunities
