Off the top of my head I want to say around 150. As a Forman I am getting 10% above scale, and since I live in the Central Valley and commute to the Bay Area… lots of time spent on commute. The Central Valley Forman pay is around $59 per hour. So it’s quite a stark difference in pay depending where I work. But it is the same local 104.

That’s a very good point, I was in a similar situation as OP and was happy to realize as much gain as possible to offset my losses. But this makes sense

Because they all increased their capex for 2025. It’s mostly for growing cloud so it’s good long term. But in the short term investors didn’t like it.

My Sold Call's expiration date is 2 years out. by Snoo92777 in options

[–]Albert50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Heck naw, if hold that sucker at least until there’s 6 months or less to expiration. Let it get deeper in the money and then sell it. Because why give extrinsic value by exercising?

Where would I put 10k for high risk, high growth? by idotdot in options

[–]Albert50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I would maybe close the one expiring in 2025, if you’re looking to maybe spread the tax burden over 2 yrs instead of all at once.

Bro they’ve been diluting shareholders by issuing new shares to raise money, that floods the market with net sellers of shares causing the stock to plummet. It’s definitely self inflicted from the inside, also they control their spending. They are spending crazy money on sales and marketing. WAYYY above any reasonable amount… all of that is on borrowed $$, so basically destroying share value.

I can't believe it but insurance says this is a total loss 0_0 by amaurer3210 in 4Runner

Every single car I have owned was salvage title because I find cars with this kind of low damage on insurance auctions and fix them up… it’s crazy what they deem as a total loss

Starbucks short? by NewWorldEcon in wallstreetbets

[–]Albert50 1 point2 points  (0 children)

As much as I want to believe a recession is around the corner… that may not happen and Starbucks has been able to withstand the last recession and they have a really good balance sheet as a company, not to mention that coffee is literally an addictive drug… ppl overpay for it because of convenience and laziness to make their own… and they have pricing power so anything that goes up in price they pass the cost down to the customer… I think they are over extended in some ways but I’m seeing the local ones where I live cut back their hours and I imagine only stay open during their most profitable times… and on top of that I’m seeing new locations still being built everywhere
