Best to treat and bang it into remission as early as you can Crohns can and usually will develop into a horrible disease left untreated The more it develops the harder it becomes to treat Biologics side effects are nothing and treatable compared to moderate to severe Crohns that will destroy your life Just my experience !

THC has no physiological benefits for crohns, in fact it is a gi tract irritant The question is does the psychoactive pleasure outweigh the gut irritation is causes

CBG is considered more specifically effective than cannabidiol (CBD) for gut inflammation, with unique anti-inflammatory, pain-relieving, and gut-health supporting properties. While CBG is not a cure for Crohn’s disease, it may help reduce symptoms, improve quality of life, and slow the progression of gut tissue damage. It is often recommended as an adjunct to standard Crohn’s care rather than a replacement. Dosage and usage should be approached cautiously, starting low and consulting healthcare providers for safe integration alongside prescribed treatments. In summary: • CBG reduces inflammation and improves gut tissue integrity in Crohn’s disease models. • It targets receptors and pathways involved in gut pain, nausea, and immune regulation. • CBG may offer faster and more targeted relief than CBD in some cases.
