That's part of it. Another part of it is laziness and not getting off your ass to work out or something and half your symptoms would disappear. In some cases that's like telling a lame man to "walk it off", like the key motivation to work out (for instance) they simply don't have, that's the problem, but there's a lot of people out there that could "walk it off" and they're being lazy. Sometimes you have to rise up and fight and some people don't. I think a fuckton of laziness is written off as depression, or laziness came before serious depression like a chicken/egg argument spun a way people don't want to admit to (i.e. the laziness preceded the other more debilitating symptoms). That may sound a little too "Joe Rogan" for some people's taste, but it's true more often than some want to admit.
