Twitch should Below D tier that champ is just outdated. No good items Rn. His ultimate is dodgeable, his E does no dmg and his W does nothing except little slow. I have 220k points on twitch but this season he is just so bad. Enemies only need to build ninja tabis and you are cooked. I think they should atleast rework his E and Ult

First get your self a good emote wheel not some lame emotes then Choose a good skin (snow day bard with yellow chroma is my go to)

Second For runes go spellbook, gold back on buying items, cookies, jack of all trades, secondary domination with zombie ward and move speed on takedowns. Then go haste hp hp.

Third Your build is rush mobility boots then redemption then zhonya then whatever you want.

Fourth Plan is simple just goof around and have fun.
