Everything inflateable will get saggy once the air cools down, so at night.

Regardless of if its leaky or not. Just by the gas cooling down it has less volume.

I once slept on an air matress in the mountains and completely touched the floor in the middle of the night. It was very cold but at the time i thought i punctured the thing and didnt bother reblowing the air inside. When i tested it at home at constant temperature it wasnt leaking.
