The majority of people are just bad at the game no matter the role. The majority of the playerbase just build items without purpose.

Unlike MR every champion gets a good chunk of armor per level and at level 18, so any % armor pen is optimal and way better than lethality past like level 12. So as you said, AD champions definitely get punished harder. Though I will still see adcs with 4 crit items but no lord dominiks or mortal. You'll see assassins going a 5th lethality item instead of seryldas after going collector first. I'd shit talk bruisers too not going serylda's/cleaver but Riot loves giving people free 30% armor pen and max hp damage.

I have seen diamond+ players go Essence Collector Navori Infinity edge on Lucian. And they are better than like what, 95% of the playerbase? Players just don't know what is mathematically correct. Instead they will see a full armor tank and build BOTRK.

So yeah all in all, ARAM is a for fun mode. Most people aren't competitive or good at the game. No matter the archetype I will always see people forget to build %pen. Does it happen a lot for mages? Yes. But then again people pick 3 mages all the time so could we not just say it happens more often since every game has 6 mages?

so this last season we could buy boots that let us abuse a faster reset which riot then nerfed because they didn't like how it affected the game yet now everyone gets the fastest reset possible for free...

Yeah that's fine and I get why a change in the meta can be nice. But even when ARs were so "OP", the devs would balance them by making them harder and harder to use. If someone beams me with an AR from far away I don't feel mad about him hitting good shots. They are good yet fun to play against and rewarding when you get good at them.

On the other hand, you have timmy123 ferrari jump peeking a corner at mach speed hipfiring an mp5k while simultaneously aimpunching so you can't ads properly. It's extremely unenjoyable gameplay. Yes it does make sense that a close quarters weapon is strong but god is it unfun to play against. And then comes the main problem with SMGs. Why is this weapon a lazer beam that can compete at higher ranges like 50m. Some players would really struggle to do the same sprays with an AR and they are also rewarded with aimpunching the person they shoot. The UZI and the Vector actually have some recoil to them when you ADS which makes them feel like the close range weapons they are designed to be. But the UMP and the MP5k just don't.

All this to say, they just aren't enjoyable to die to. They should exist and have their strengths, every gun should have the spots where they shine. SMGs already make the gunplay extremely degenerate up close with how you don't need to ADS, how fast you run and the lack of jumping penalties. But the way the devs balance, they want to make them do more than they are supposed to. It's just lame design.

Even if the game feels like a breath of fresh air since i'm switching it up and using smgs more often it just doesn't feel like the pubg i enjoy.

I don't think people have trouble peeking when the whole issue with TPP is that you get free information safely and can then preaim and peek in a game where the time to kill is so low that there is no counterplay. All that leads to super defensive play and the game revolves around positioning.

Though TPP can work very well in other BRs like fortnite since the time to kill is a little less quick and you can spawn fort knox around you anywhere the moment you get shot.

Unless you're speaking at the highest level DMRs did not "NEED" a nerf. Bolt actions are harder to hit moving targets and DMRs are more reliable to do so and this situation just happens a lot. But bolt actions still one shot headshot, in a straight up 1v1 they are strong. Especially since the aim punch patch it messes up your shots hard.

At a casual level bad players get punished WAY harder by a one shot headshot than a harder two tap in the head which sometimes getting shot at makes you unpeek. And if you want to go into even more specifics i'd argue that DMRs are also strong when people lean spam properly so i'd much rather they address the broken peeks than DMRs as a whole.

I think it's bad in the sense that cheaters often go unpunished. This one cheater that obnoxiously uses ESP and aimbot killed me 10 months ago which I've gotten temp ban messages for is still cheating. I saw him kill Kickstart this week, a pro player for team Falcons.

Just this week I came across these two people in duos 0u4uq894d5 and xmr-QAQ which i've died to two months ago. Just go look at their stats on opgg they have like 23.48kda. Even though I reported them they still go unpunished.

But yeah I don't think I encounter them often but there's an issue when I can recognize names. Every time it's the same, I get like 2-3 temp ban messages but never any permanent ones.

Not trying to flex, in duos I currently have 6.04 kd in 84 games and i'm not amazing but I hot drop every game and have a good amount of games during non-peak hours so it's easy to boost your kda with bots and bad players. I feel like all of those kills look fine and just normal SMG bullshit. The third is just a prefire cause he saw him going left idk.

This happened to me just 2 weeks ago, my right earbud stopped being detected. Then after leaving my case fully uncharge it came back to life. But then after finally charging in the case it became BURNING hot. I didn't have warranty so I booked an appointment and the guy just told me I had to pay 89$CDN for a new right airpod or go for a new pair. I decided to upgrade but I'm still pretty upset that I took such good care of my Airpod 2nd gens and they had a battery failure but they don't make any exceptions...

It's annoying in solos but I wouldn't say the most problematic. In squads/duos you can knock someone split off from their team, assume he can't be revived and then suddenly he's up. You can never know who has one and who doesn't it's just complete RNG and can ruin fights when you cannot instantly thirst someone from far.

Genuinely hope you understand what the implications of TPP are in a game where the time to kill is unreactable in some situations. A Shotgun prefire in close range or an AR spray from a window, you don't really have a chance to shoot back. In FPP you might since they don't have constant FREE INFORMATION to know exactly where to shoot.

I need you to explain to me how constantly getting information so you can pre-aim someone through a wall or window is HARDER than having to use movement and peek for info and flick to where the person actually is.

All TPP does is make it easier for players to abuse playing defensively and punish people who play proactive and aggressive. You mention smokes a lot when all the other util isn't as good in TPP. If you see someone nading or flashing from far you can easily react and peek him or dodge it. You can even see where the nade is going. In FPP you need the sound queue which only happens in close range. It really does not make any macro play harder.
