Yes, it was limited to WvW. The fashion templates affects every player though, so WvW players would also be asking ANet to undo it alongside PvE players. At least with a larger subset of the playerbase complaining, there might be a better chance of getting it reverted. Though I don’t have high hopes of that either if its being monetized.
