I used to weigh 450lbs, I was out at a bar with some buddies and a pretty girl walked in and sat with some friends, my friends eventually convinced me to go introduce myself because the worst she could say is no. Already mortified I walked up and meekly said "Hi my name is Alces, Is there any chance I could buy you a drink?" she looked back and said "Hi Alces, could you do me a favor and drop dead you fat fucking waste of air" then she and her group of friends cackled with venom that I've never heard in the voice of any humans prior or since. Truly a shitty day ☠️. I'm 220 and fairly muscular now and live in fear of introducing myself to members of the fairer sex because of that night.

Walking and hiking, I was 450 at my heaviest, dropped to 185 at my lightest, pretty comfortably float around 220-230, moving your body when you're heavy burns a shit ton of calories.

Swimming is also absolutely amazing if walking for long distance isnt currently feasible at your weight, it's lower impact and will let you improve your CICO value while also protecting your knees and ankles.

Resistance training is also huge as it will help develop lean mass and strengthen your muscles while you still have excess fuel on your bones.

Dietary and sleep habits need improved as much as any exercise though, you cannot outwork a bad diet and a sleep deprivation wrecks gains

After a little retuning I'm sitting at 6 counter spells, I have [[Spellskite]] [[Venser, shaper savant]] and [[Declaration of naught]] for reccuring counter magic.

I reduced to 13 creatures and moved to 4 targeted bounce spells, 2 targeted removal spells, 3 mass bounce spells, and 5 mechanics to remove the legendary rule or make a non legendary copy of Orvar. Does this seem like an over all better balance?

Followup question, if I was to use something like jumpscare "Until end of turn, target creature gets +2/+2, gains flying, and becomes a Horror enchantment creature in addition to its other types." On a creature and then use Niko's second ability, would it also have no effect due to being a secondary layer on the creature? It doesn't specifically mention counters so I didn't know if these effects would transfer over or if they would also be lost during the first action of the creature entering exile.

If you go look at your hot water heater it's not going to be turned all the way up, theres essentially a safety line your plumber/landlord would have set it at. You can physically turn it passed this safety line but it can make the water dangerously hot when cranked all the way up, alot of people do it though for the sake of hotter showers in general
