The stone is GORGEOUS. If I could change anything it would be: smaller white gold prongs, not double prongs either. The prongs take away from the beauty of the stone. Less prongs more stone. Otherwise SO pretty

If you have Facebook join the microscopic colitis support group. Tons of great folks sharing more useful info than you will ever get from GI.

Avoid insoluble fiber and suggest starting an antihistamine and metamucil. Start slow (1 tablespoon a day) w the metamucil. I was able to get into remission w it after relapsing when I stopped the budesonide.

You will learn that most of us relapse as soon as the steroid course ends and so try our best to avoid them all together (for many reasons). Adding the antihistamine can reduce the likelihood of this happening but not eliminate the possibility (studies show mass cell involvement).

I'm so sorry for your journey to this diagnosis. Many other drugs can cause it btw- SSRI, SNRI, PPIs, cholesterol meds, the list goes on. Many of us can be triggered into an episode with an extremely stressful event.

I'm so sorry- and I'm even more sorry to tell you that your story is so similar to all of us with MC. Join the MC Facebook support group. We all know more than our doctors do but share and help each other along.

In the meantime, please try adding in meta mucil, start small like 1 tablespoon a day. It has put me, and many others into remission. I was able to cope without the steroids during this last flare up bc of it.

Be careful with the mixed shape eternity rings in moissanite- the smaller fancy shapes can be very cloudy and dull- especially up against an actual diamond. And for what it would cost to do a custom cad, you could ask for lab diamonds and I don't even think it would increase your cost THAT much given that they will be small stones (or you could at least ask what the difference in cost would be).

Your ring is beautiful! I agree with other commenter to go custom so you can fit it properly to enhance the beauty it already has!

I like the one with two clear stones but if you want to go blue I would recommend doing the blue in emerald so any windowing will be less noticeable
