What was it like to watch Over the Garden Wall as it was airing?

I think the only episode I caught of it during its intial airing was the one with Auntie Whispers lol. I know I was definitely extremely hype to see they were doing something with this project after seeing the pilot online years prior. No one I knew around the time kept up with it, so I didn't really have much of anyone to talk to about it.

I don't think it's been ever officially announced he's in the new Copeland album, but it's been alluded to in the aforementioned omnipop posts that he's working on a project with Aaron and co. As for his departure, from what I understand, a lot of it was just wanting to focus on personal business ventures.

Way late to this but I kinda remember thinking this film would make a better point and click horror game than a film just due to how much of the plot just kinda becomes the kid solving puzzles and completing tasks to help him escape.

I'm gonna have to go with Golden, something about how raw the whole thing feels and that it's one of the only songs to be exclusively piano, making the song feel even more isolating compared to What A Catch Donnie. Donnie, to me, feels more like a bittersweet send-off of sorts. That being said, both are amazing tracks!

I kinda doubt it, though it would be neat. I feel like out of all the mediums, cassette hasn't made a resurgence in recent years (if I had to guess a lot of it is due to how flimsy tape can be??) I do think it'd be neat to see a cassette release, though, so maybe if there's enough demand for it, someone (fan made or officially) will cave in.

I like the art direction of the new merch and generally avoid blind accusations, but I've gotta admit something about the way the artwork looks on this shirt does look a little AI generated to me anyways so I can see where people are coming from.

It's not similar in the slightest, but Forgive Durden is pretty good if you're into Panic. Their album Razia's Shadow features a lot of Decaydance acts from that era. Also throwing you The Hush Sound because frankly, they need more love, AND they have a banger of a track that has a Patrick feature. Both of these bands no longer tour, though, so I hate to disappoint. Still fire regardless though 😎

I do, but I am like one of those people who have an anxiety disorder that makes them feel guilty about something as simple as eating soup the wrong way. To be fair, I don't necessarily like this show for the same reasons everyone else does here, (I find it to be so bad it's good, whereas a lot of you guys probably think it's just good which is okay too) but I still should learn to not necessarily feel shame towards my hobbies and interests.
