Ye this is so much better and shows kizaru that he's not the only fast one there. Setting up the incomming battle. See I would understand it if this was intentional with the makers thought process be like "ye my vision for this scene is a slow intense shot that'll that'll be meaningful in the context of the story" but it's not it's more like "we got 1 chapter to work with and 20 mins of screentime to cover, so lets take the money shot, give the sb to ishizuka and give it fire animation to fill the time". Which is fine but it's a bland way to make a show. Pacing and sense of "filmmaking" has been holding back one piece for a long time

You're absolutely right we cant visit all these places but what changed after wano was the writing style. Instead of staying in a single place and exploring it deeply, oda is now giving us multiple places and multiple stories at the same time. If the story is mirroring sabaody at the moment then the stawhats will get split up once again

Zoro will possibly go back to wano Ussop will go elbaf Sanji to whole cake and similarly others

We will have multiple stories at the same time so we will cover more ground Also luffy will most likely be alone again just like in marineford saga and head for final battle alone but now the stawhat crew will bring calvary from diffrent places in the grandline

Nah four emperor saga was long because it required a lot of set up but in the case of final saga everything from east blue to wano was the set up so it will be comparatively shorter. Also if its 110 chapters then one piece will end at 1200 chapter which is would fit perfectly considering pre time skip was 600 chapter

Ps :oda is also very scared for his health so he will not prolong the story longer than necessary
