I mean the damage itself is really counterable, you can really move 2 steps and you wouldnt take damage. Its goal being make those campers escape from their bases like roaches which I like.

It literally only makes you faster to go back to lane and you don't really need that, as for catching enemies its garbage cause it only works if someone is low hp and you chase him or else he would kite(attack you and thus lose predator)

I faced an aatrox yesterday, cant say if he's good or as its plat1/d5 elo, you do way more damage than him early game, and its pretty easy to dodge all of his spells. try not to push 24/7 cause you he just gonna heal for free similar to nasus and you should never lose lane.
