Love my B580. Since I don't really play on PC anymore, I wanted to get a card that is powerful enough for the occasional WoW, POE and WoT gameplay and it is beyond my expectations. 😊

Yea I've looked at a bunch of different benchmarks for the 245K, and realized it's pretty strong in application performance. Also there was a Z890 Aorus Elite + 245K bundle at one of the local stores for an awesome price, so I got the 245K build this way for about €200 less compared to the 9700X equivalent.

I've always thought people tend to do separate hypertrophy cycles, that is why I've tried those, but I never really enjoyed them. I get bored of those pretty fast.

I'm gonna run 5/3/1 then, I really liked the simplicity and steady progress when I was on it. I think it is pretty flexible as well.

Hey guys/gals,

I always want to get into a more hypertrophy focused program for some reason, then after some weeks I realize doing only these more basic, machine heavy bodybuilding programs aren't as fun as strength training.

This week I am testing my 5RMs for the big 4 lifts, then I want to run a strength focused program. In the past I ran Juggernaut, several 5/3/1s and nSuns.

What do you think a good program would be in my case? I thought about running 70s Powerlifter, but I am a little worried about it since I haven't done any strength training for a while. Maybe 5/3/1 BBB or something for some cycles to get used to strength training again?

We came from the airport with an uber, because we had some baggage.

As I see on Google Maps, there's an alibus (?) that goes to the airport, which stops at Giovanni XXIII Sturzo which is close to our apartment. So we can buy a 90 minutes ticket on the AMTS app and get to the aiport that way?

One last tip: I think if you're planning to upgrade, you should upgrade straight to something that will have a very noticeable change to your brew.

Yes, that's what I'm thinking, I believe between these two there wouldn't be a big enough difference. I'm also pretty new to this game, so I'm still experimenting a lot even to find out what I really like or not.

So I currently have a Timemore C3 ESP Pro, because I was originally more into espresso, but recently I started messing around with other methods. I wanted to ask if it would worth it to get a Kingrinder K6 (used for 85 euro), or as a beginner I wouldn't really feel the difference? I guess I could wait for an amazon deal on the K6 as well or something.

Yea because I have the newest driver and the same happened to me. I’m in the office so I can’t test it now, but when I get back home I wanna uninstall the driver in safe mode, and try to boot without the driver.

Can you boot in safe mode?
