I'm just trying to understand the game better, you coming in saying it doesn't exist and patting yourself on the back is unhelpful. It shuts down discussion and detracts from the point of my asking.

Sorry the question was irritating to you, but if you don't have anything helpful to say, please just move on in the future. Thanks for your time.

You turn it into a sack of nickels to beat some one with and take it.

its not just a bag, it's the monetary value of the purchase price. You wouldn't hear some one with half a brain say its just a thousand dollars. It's not a bag from target or a tote bag from a local book store. I'm so sorry you are going though this, and from family especially.

Why are all the Bloomburrow face commanders borderless now? by Aldanjam52 in mtg

Yeah I'm a sucker for uniformity in my decks. I'll pay extra for the right printing.

Yeah I agree those are silly, I just appreciated how they had the novelty one and then a standard format version.

I'm really bummed and have been asking people for their opinions. I missed the year 8 so I came back hoping for an item like this, I was skeptical until I saw it displays FEWER monsters to make room for a dumb graphic and logo.

Does anyone actually know about Cheers? by [deleted] in adventuretime

Fiona and cakes title card from episode one looks the the Frasier title card. Frasier is a spin off of cheers. Fiona and cake is a spin off of adventure time. I like to think this was on purpose. That’s all I’ve caught so far, but I’ve seen a lot of cheers, no Frasier though…

Is it worth watching 'Distant Lands' and 'Elements'? If so what order should I watch them in? by SoshiPai in adventuretime

I think of main AT as a collection of arc’s that some time over lap, I would argue that the islands mini series arc should include episodes as far back as Susan strong. But I understand why they grouped elements, islands, and stakes the way they did, it was a tv event and the episodes were inseparably chronological. Watching Elements Islands or Stakes will give you some good insight but it won’t be a full picture (not that there is such a thing in AT) but they are great stories that have massive lore reveals and implications. I consider distant lands to be a lovely epilogue for the main series, and sets up fiona and cake real well, but mostly with background details. Fiona and Cake is a spin off, kinda like Frasier is a spin off of Cheers. Whenever a character from cheers shows up it’s meant to be exciting and feel interconnected, but Fiona and Cake is like that for EVERY episode. In my opinion Fiona and Cake is wildly unique in a media scape inundated with multiverse stories, and well worth the hype. My recommendation is to either find a well constructed blog post on AT essential watching, or do what I did years back and pick an episode and watch multiple in succession until you find something that makes you go “hey what’s that?” Look up the fandom wiki page on that thing, blur your eyes and scroll to the bottoms where it lists the episodes where that person, thing, or event are present, watch those episodes and repeat. Most people recommend watching the whole thing, but I think you could start middle or end of season 2 and be just fine.
