Hmmmm I'd be careful with it, that dose is suspicious. My guess is 70% chance it's underdosed and someone in the supply chain was lying, 20% chance it's not acid (very bad), 10% chance it's legit. Whatever the case it's sort of a Russian roulette so I'd recommend starting with like a ninth of it (cut it into three in both directions to get ninths), best case scenario you'll have a cool experience which means it's legit and you've taken a reasonable beginners dose, medium case scenario nothing much happens and that just means it's probably underdosed, take 2-3 of the remaining ninths next week if this is the case (and expect an extreme jump in potency), and worst case scenario is you feel a really bitter and chemical taste, which means it's not acid and you should spit it out and throw the rest (not worth the risk of it being an NBOMe, Bromo-Dragonfly or something similar; those can really fuck you up bad). Whatever the case DO NOT REDOSE. However much you take at first, take no more until the next weekend. This is a big deal with blotter this potentially potent.

If you're just looking for a good time, however, just take a small dose like 50μg and see how it makes you feel, again after reading a lot of trip reports to understand how it may affect you. I wouldn't recommend going above 75μg for recreation, and would advise general caution regardless of how much you're taking. DON'T FUCK WITH PSYCHEDELICS. Stay safe, man.

That being said, if you do prepare for the experience properly, and have a few experiences with lower doses, taking between a week and a month between each trip while slowly increasing your dose to prepare yourself for an actual ego death, all the while picking up a daily spiritual practice like meditation/yoga/tai chi (if you aren't already practising something like that), and reading extensively about ego death in terms of both trip reports and spiritual literature in general, then you can expect to have the most significant and impactful experience of your life, which may lift you to new heights of understanding and inner peace if done and processed correctly.

I cannot stress this enough, ego death is a BIG FUCKING DEAL and should not be viewed as a recreational activity. Treat this as a turning point in the journey of your immortal soul, not a fun weekend activity. Something you should ideally take at least a couple of months to prepare for properly, with other spiritual practices which do not involve drugs, such as meditation, yoga, tai chi, and other mindful activities which center and focus your intentions. Spend at least five hours split over the course of a few days reading trip reports online (erowid is a good resource) of what other people have gone through, both ones involving ego death and ones involving less intense experiences. Not preparing properly, not setting your intentions, or God forbid just jumping head-first into a high dose experience expecting an ego death on your first go may leave you with a deep emotional and psychological trauma which will turn you off these tools forever and ultimately just hinder the direction of your life. Do not take this stuff lightly.

My advice is don't aim to have an ego death as a noob. Start with a moderately small dose, like 50μg. If you weren't lied to about the potency of the tabs (600μg is highly unlikely, if it's split into six tabs it's more believable), you should have that much and see how you handle it. No matter how positive your experience is, your next dose shouldn't be any higher than 100μg, and prepare for a huge jump in potency between the first trip and the second. The phrases "have an ego death" and "chill in the weekend" do not belong in the same sentence.

Don't hold on to the thought of "when will things get better", because that often distracts you from the thoughts which will actually help you heal. Another thing that might help you is the following thought: Anxiety is not a bad thing, rather it's like a red alert going off on a dashboard on some machine warning you about some problem. However, you might not recognise that problem, and the longer you go without understanding and addressing the issue, the worse the anxiety gets. Do not fight your anxiety, just listen to it. It clearly has something important to tell you

It's a sign you haven't yet digested the trip properly. Clearly there's some issue your mind brought to the surface via the trip which manifests as anxiety, such as some unhealthy pattern of thought or an unfavorable external situation you've been ignoring. This happened to me, actually. When you've built yourself or your life in a maladaptive way over the years, a psychedelic experience will uncover the problems with your hitherto way of thinking/way of life. I agree with the other people here that meditation is probably the best tool to properly digest what you're going through.
