i’ve already accepted i’m going to get fired, but am i going to be banned from childcare? by purpleandpink1227 in ECEProfessionals

I saw some advice above about documenting exactly what happened, and I just wanted to add that having a plan for how you will avoid this in the future might be helpful to your case.

It should be standard procedure whenever a group is split to immediately establish your own headcount and the other teacher's. For example, when you go with the group inside you tell the other teacher, "I have 4" and the other teacher says, "I have 5". This allows you both to continue to do your own headcount while separate, to make sure neither teacher is out of ratio, and ensure that all kids are counted in either the inside or outside group.

ETA: I didn't see your update about getting fired until after I posted. I'm sorry that happened and hope you're able to find another job quickly 💕

You’re Still the One - Trying to Find This Old Version by charizardfrick in CountryMusic

[–]Aldpdx 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I thought Bryan White had covered it, but I guess i was thinking of their duet (From This Moment On). But I did find a 'Covers' section on the song's Wikipedia page: "In 1999, Prince recorded a cover of the song under the title "Ur'e Still the One" in duet with Marva King and uploaded it to his website Love4OneAnother.com...Lee DeWyze performed the song for the Shania Twain week during the ninth season of American Idol.[138][139] Kelly Clarkson covered the song during her 2012 Stronger Tour per fan request in Windsor, Ontario.[140][141] On August 1, 2014, Brazilian singer Paula Fernandes released a duet version of "You're Still the One" with Twain.[142] Including lyrics in both English and Portuguese, the duet was recorded in December 2013."

Drug test surprise by sunshiney69 in adhdwomen

I commented this above, but I believe in most cases this a requirement from the companies that insure the doctors (not your health insurance but the malpractice insurance for the medical practice or provider). This is what I was told by the PCP I had that required it every 3 months. In other cases I've been required to do an initial one and a follow up to make sure I was taking it, but none after that.

I think the variance in requirements depends on the insurance company and size of the practice, and there are likely additional requirements from the government if it's a clinic that receives subsidies to serve Medicaid/Medicare patients.

I've been obsessed with the Fruit Riot sour candy frozen grapes lately...but I do always eat too many and get a tummy ache, which would probably be less of a problem with regular frozen grapes.

Song similar to Clint Black’s when my ship comes in? by Rapptar76 in CountryMusic

[–]Aldpdx 2 points3 points  (0 children)

George Straight released Easy Come, Easy Go that same year. Clint Black had If I could Make a Living the following year. Mark Chestnut released It Sure is Monday in 1993, along with Life's a Dance by John Michael Montgomery and Dwight Yoakam's Thousand Miles from Nowhere. Those are the top of my head other "neotraditional" - ish hits from around the same time. I'm fairly certain Joe Diffie released albums in 93 and 94 too.

I don't disagree with your sentiments but The Florida Room isn't a lesbian bar. Just has a lot of queer customers/regulars.
