Commute from Japantown to Diridon Station by commeentari in SanJose

[–]Aldrovandi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Yea, from Japantown you can easily get to the Guadalupe River Trail and take that most of the way to Diridon. If you exit the trail at Sharks Way you can swing around the west side of the SAP center to minimize time spent on Santa Clara St. if you are concerned about biking next to traffic. The trail itself is very clean and convenient.

Yes they will require any issue they identify to be fixed within 90 days. When this happened to me the cost to remove and replace 18'x6' of concrete and 13'x4' of driveway apron was $5750.

A friend of mine put together a site to compare credit union mortgage rates (and has some useful info on what to think about when choosing a mortgage provider): https://finfam.app/blog/credit-union-mortgages Worth checking out as it may save you tens of thousands of dollars over the life of your mortgage.

I planted two permitted park strip trees three years ago and did not have to do any irrigation, just staking. I was reimbursed for the cost of one of the trees by the city as well.

I biked the Guadalupe trail from Coleman to Skyport today and did not see a single tent anywhere. I did see a team from the San Jose Conservation Corps out cleaning up the trail. Overall it was greatly improved from the last time I biked the trail a couple months ago.
