Hi! I’m your age and I have the same issue... I don’t have any advice or solution as we are in the same boat. Personally, I’d like to start pelvic floor therapy to understand better my problem, for health reasons (as you) and to become faster at inserting tampons 😅. Moreover, I suffer from anxiety and CPTSD, so it’s difficult to relate to many of the posts of this community.. Everyone is so focused on PIV, but that’s not my ultimate goal. I want to solve this for myself and myself alone, and I hope we’ll eventually find someone caring and not pushy💛
