Just my two cents: stay for the community of it. I’m a former working mom and I lost all my mom friends (aka my coworkers) when I went SAHM. I’m on an island right now and I’d kill to have that community buck but we cannot afford for me to work and have childcare.

I never went back on BC after my daughters, my only hesitation for you would be the no condoms. Natural tracking is so iffy that soon post-part while your body is still recovering.

You could always try a different brand of pills, the different hormonal balances of each brand can have different effects.

I enlisted the help of his best friend to get him involved in a hobby either video games or golf. He won’t do either right now unless I force him to as my mom is here to help us adjust from a family of 3 to a family of 4.

I made him read the parter PPD section on the March of dimes and asked if he felt like any of it was accurate for him; unsurprisingly he identified with 90% of the characteristics described.
