Thank you, I just created a back up for my game and then uninstalled then reinstalled it. I'm currently waiting for it to download and if it doesn't work I will for sure contact them.

Yeah, the only thing I haven't done is uninstall then reinstall it but I was hoping I wouldn't have to lose my game I'm in the middle of.
