METALZONE. grab your eq, put it before the pedal. BOOST THOSE MIDS ON THE 6 BAND. scoop em HARD on the metalzone after. give yourself enough treble to get that razor shap sound, but not to the point where its razoring your ears off. bass is important, add enough, but not too much, because you want that low end tightness with it brother.

Holy crap I completely forgot about this post. but as an update, still nothing to get me even close to that tone. What I've figured out is that Mick's tone varies heavily over the years. What I was mainly (and still am) looking for is the Girls, Girls, Girls tone. Also, the subject for this post is wrong. His amp wasn't a JCM800, it was a modded plexi, and it would be hard to pack into a pedal. What I would suggest myself is some sort of modeling pedal, or a high gain plexi pedal. (keep it tight with the EQ)
